1Who we are

Lucky Pick 6/49 (the “App”) is published by SyncStudioX (“we”, “us” or “our”), which is the controller for personal data processed for our own purposes. For privacy requests, email syncstudiox@gmail.com with the subject “Lucky Pick 6/49 Privacy”.

2Scope and how the App works

This Policy applies to the Android App and this policy website. The App generates random lottery-number combinations and lets you fix or ignore selected numbers. It does not operate a lottery, accept wagers or determine winning numbers.

Core number generation happens on your device. The App has no SyncStudioX login system and does not upload your number selections to a SyncStudioX backend. Internet access is used for the Google services described below.

4Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. According to Google’s SDK disclosure, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares an IP address (which may indicate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available. This information is used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention and is encrypted in transit.

Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and record advertising consent choices before requesting ads. Depending on your location and choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized or limited ads. You can manage applicable choices in the consent interface and manage advertising personalization through My Ad Center.

Read Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure and Privacy Policy.

5One-time purchase and promo codes

You may buy the non-consumable “remove ads forever” product through Google Play. Google—not SyncStudioX—collects and processes your payment method and billing details. The App receives purchase-related data such as the product identifier, purchase token, purchase state and acknowledgement status so it can grant, restore or withdraw the ad-free entitlement.

Promo codes are entered in the App and passed to Google Play for secure redemption. We do not receive your card number. Purchases are associated with the Google Play account used for the transaction and are governed by Google Play’s terms and privacy practices.

6Notifications and in-app review

  • Local reminder: if notification permission is granted, the App schedules an on-device reminder approximately 24 hours after you leave it. No push-notification server or marketing mailing list is used.
  • Permission choice: you can deny or revoke notification permission in Android Settings. Doing so does not affect number generation.
  • Google Play review: the App may ask Google Play to show its in-app review flow after an early launch. Any rating or review is handled by Google Play.

7Device permissions

Internet & network stateNeeded for ads, consent, Play Billing and review services.
Advertising IDUsed by Google Mobile Ads where permitted by device and consent settings.
NotificationsRequested on supported Android versions for the optional local reminder.
Google Play BillingUsed only for the one-time ad-removal purchase and promo redemption.

The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, phone, SMS, calendar, precise location or broad media/storage access.

8Local storage, backup and deletion

Number selections and app state are stored in Android app-private preferences. They remain until replaced, Android clears them, you clear the App’s storage, or you uninstall the App. Android backup may copy eligible app preferences to the Google account configured for device backup. SyncStudioX cannot access those backups.

To remove local data, use Android Settings → Apps → Lucky Pick 6/49 → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the App. Deleting local purchase state does not cancel or erase the Google Play transaction; ownership can be restored from the same Play account. Manage system backup in Android backup settings.

9Purposes and legal bases

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on:

  • Contract: to provide requested App functions and the purchased ad-free entitlement.
  • Consent: for personalized advertising and related storage or processing where consent is legally required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, secure and support the App, prevent fraud and use contextual or limited advertising where permitted. We balance these interests against your rights.
  • Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law, accounting, tax or lawful requests.

10Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be processed by:

  • Google AdMob and advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention, subject to consent and regional requirements.
  • Google User Messaging Platform to determine whether a consent message is required and store your consent choices.
  • Google Play for purchases, promo codes, entitlement restoration, fraud prevention and in-app reviews.
  • Email providers only if you voluntarily contact us.
  • GitHub as host of this static policy website. The site itself uses no SyncStudioX analytics, advertising or cookies, although GitHub may process standard network, security and service-usage data under its own privacy statement.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or our legal rights, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

11Retention

  • Local selections and preferences: until replaced, cleared or the App is uninstalled, subject to Android backup.
  • Purchase status: a local flag remains while the App is installed; Google Play keeps transaction records under its own obligations and policy.
  • Advertising and consent data: retained by Google and relevant partners according to their policies, consent settings and legal obligations.
  • Support email: kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, protect legal rights and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

12Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; obtain data portability; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.

Most App content is held only on your device, so the practical controls are Android storage and notification settings, Google’s consent and ad controls, and your Play account. For information actually held by SyncStudioX, send a request to syncstudiox@gmail.com. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may complain to the supervisory authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.

13International transfers

Google, its advertising partners, email providers and the website host may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, they use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards described in their privacy documentation. Local number selections are not sent to SyncStudioX through the App.

14Security

We minimize data by keeping number selections in Android app-private storage and by not operating an account database. Communications with Google services use encrypted network connections where supported. No storage or transmission method is completely secure; keep Android, Google Play and your device security controls up to date.

15Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Age thresholds may be higher in some countries. Parents or guardians who believe a child sent personal information to our support email may contact us to request deletion.

16Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the App, SDKs, legal requirements or data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the App, store listing or another appropriate method where required.
